Quality Care

Published on December 06, 2012

Dr. Jackson, I am writing to recognize the quality care I have received from Dr. Laura Malnati- she is a real asset to your organization. I have had problems with shoulder pain over the last several years, and the Jackson Clinics has been instrumental in significantly reducing my pain and allowing me to resume playing the sports that I have always loved. I am not at 100%, but I am having more consecutive good days now than any other time in the last 5+ years.

Over the months of treatment I received, I was able to see her interact with numerous patients, and it was always the same story. Laura greets patients with a smiling face and consistently demonstrates a clear concern for her patient’s health as well as an authentic interest in them as a person. I have personally been impressed by her impeccable memory of my hobbies and activities and her recommendations that have allowed me to complete those activities while protecting my shoulder. It has been a pleasure working with Laura, and I would recommend her to any friends or colleagues in need of physical therapy. Thank you, Luke
